Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to one or more members of the Executive staff and work with the investor relations team.
Environmental Sciences Group - Customer Service Representative
The ESG Customer Service Representative will manage customer queries and complaints while observing the three P’s of Customer Service: Professionalism, Patience, and a People First. You will also be required to process orders, make modifications, escalate complaints to the ESG manager or Vice President, and work as a team member in our department. To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to resolve service issues, foster positive relationships both internally and externally, create customer loyalty, and enhance our customer’s overall experience. Working with computers, operating systems, problem-solving.
Field Operations Project Manager 
The project Manager (PM) will directly manage and engage clients and client representatives, by phone, email, video conference, and in-person to manage the urban-gro/client relationship as it pertains to the development, procurement, and installation process for irrigation, environmental controls systems, lighting systems, air circulation, air purification, and rolling/archive bench systems, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) related systems, HVAC systems, and coordination of Architectural services. This role will become an expert in all facets of the systems required for Controlled Environment Agriculture facilities as well as the equipment required for those systems.
VP of Operations
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for directing and developing departments in Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Account Management, Cultivation Technology Design & Engineering, Commissioning Services, and Office Management. The primary objective of this position is to establish and align interdepartmental goals with the global strategy of the organization which promotes profitability, efficiency, growth, and customer satisfaction.
